In FlexHire, the Tech Talent is placed through iTRecruiter and can move on to direct hiring, under agreed conditions.

In Hunting you only pay when the professional is actually hired by your company: a success fee calculated on the salary of the position. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee to start the recruitment process.
