In Outsourcing, the professional joins your projects through iTRecruiter, which ensures contractual and administrative management, and continuous support. In FlexHire, the Tech Talent is placed through iTRecruiter and can move on to direct hiring, under agreed conditions.
It depends on the service, the complexity of the profile and the seniority. We combine artificial intelligence, specialised search and human evaluation to speed up the identification of qualified candidates, without compromising the quality of the selection.
In Hunting, there is only a charge when the talent is actually hired by your company: it is a success fee calculated on the remuneration of the position. There are no setup costs or monthly fees.
